Believe And Achieve
Believe and Achieve’ is an educational initiative managed and funded by
SAF (STL Amandi foundation) and operated by batches of two Israeli
volunteers, who come to Accra for a period of three months. The main aim
of the program is to empower and develop children and the youth
encouraging them to believe in their talents and their ability to
achieve everything through diligence and hard work.
During the
three month stay of these various badges of volunteers, they work in
various schools that SAF is involved with. They take part in reforming
Mallam Atta home school to a place where kids and youth are able to
acquire literacy and math skills, and also create youth movements in
Dzorwulu primary school.
These volunteers work with the children
either on a one-on-one basis or in groups by mentoring and teaching in a
class rooms, as well as arranging educational activities in forms of
art , social games and physical exercise.
