About Us

We are STL-Amandi Foundation

The STL Amandi Foundation was established to formalize the social commitment of the STL Group and its employees to the communities where the Group companies operates. We believe that economic development must go hand in hand with social responsibility and community empowerment.

SAF provides a structured platform through which corporate resources, professional expertise, and volunteer dedication can be directed toward meaningful community impact. Over the years, the foundation has implemented numerous initiatives designed to improve education access, healthcare support, and living conditions for underserved communities.
These programs are built on long-term engagement with local communities and a clear understanding of the challenges faced by many children in Ghana.

  • Our Mission
To transform lives across Ghana by expanding access to quality education, essential healthcare, and secure learning environments for children and underserved communities.
  • Our Vision
A future where every child in Ghana possesses the resources, support, and opportunity to realize their full potential.

Community First

Our initiatives are designed to respond directly to the needs of the communities we serve.

Sustainable Impact

We focus on programs that deliver long-term benefits rather than temporary solutions.

Partnership & Collaboration

We work closely with schools, healthcare providers, community leaders, volunteers, and public institutions.

Children at the Center

Every SAF initiative ultimately serves one purpose: creating better opportunities for children.

Education Support

Empowering the Next Generation

Education is the cornerstone of sustainable development. SAF works closely with public schools in Accra and surrounding communities to improve learning environments and provide children with the resources they need to succeed. Our education programs include:
  • Renovation and construction of school facilities
  • Creation of libraries and reading programs
  • Volunteer-led tutoring in mathematics and English
  • Extracurricular programs in arts and creativity
  • Student nourishment and well-being initiatives
By strengthening educational environments, SAF helps create the conditions necessary for children to develop confidence, skills, and aspirations for the future.
