Building Stronger Communities in Ghana

The STL Amandi Foundation (SAF) is a Ghanaian non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives through education, medical assistance, and community development. Established by the STL Group and its employees, SAF reflects a long-standing commitment to responsible community partnership. Our work is focused on supporting underprivileged children and vulnerable communities, ensuring they have access to opportunities that can transform their futures.

Through direct engagement with schools, healthcare providers, volunteers, and public institutions, SAF delivers practical initiatives that address real community needs. From renovating schools and supporting educational programs to providing medical outreach in underserved areas, SAF works every day to ensure that communities benefit from the presence and success of the group’s companies operating within them.

Our Impact

Through sustained investment and volunteer engagement, SAF continues to expand its impact across Ghana.

Our initiatives focus on two core areas:

Education Support

  • Renovation and construction of schools
  • Providing learning resources, library essentials, and digital access
  • Spearheading volunteer-led tutoring and mentorship programs (GOAL Project)
  • Promoting student feeding and well-being initiatives

Medical Assistance

  • Initiating community medical outreach programs
  • Supporting mobile clinic services in underserved areas (Gye Nyame)
  • Providing medical support for individuals requiring urgent care

Together with our volunteers, we are helping to create healthier communities and brighter futures for Ghana children.

Meet Our Wonderful Volunteers

I am grateful to SAF for giving me the opportunity to impart, shape and help the next generational leaders. My joy lies in watching the children progress through our weekly activities that motivate them to strive for greatness wherever they find themselves, no matter how hard the circumstances.

I have been a SAF volunteer since 2015. SAF has helped me to develop special relationships with lots of children from different backgrounds. Since I joined SAF, I now enjoy being around children, love their energy, and has given me the desire to help children with special challenges.

One of my memorable days was when I helped save one of the children (Francis) from a kidnapper in 2017.

As a SAF volunteer, not only do I help to impart knowledge to these kids, but also exposed me to the benefits of educating the children; the future leaders of Ghana.

SAF is a very good initiative, and I will support any day.<br></p>
